About PDF Merger

Combine multiple PDF files into one document, in exactly the order you arrange them, directly in your browser. Add PDFs, reorder them with the up/down controls, then merge — nothing is uploaded to a server at any point.

Password-protected PDFs aren't supported here and will be flagged so you can remove them before merging. For very large files or a large number of files, merging happens entirely in your browser's memory, so extremely large jobs may be limited by your device rather than by this tool.

Frequently asked questions

Do my PDFs get uploaded anywhere?+

No — merging happens entirely in your browser. Your PDF files and their contents are never sent to a server.

Can I control the order of the merged pages?+

Yes — use the up/down arrows next to each file to set the exact order before merging. The final PDF follows that order precisely: each file’s own pages stay in their original sequence, one file after another.

Does this work with password-protected PDFs?+

No — an encrypted or password-protected PDF is detected and flagged so you can remove it, rather than silently failing or attempting to bypass the password.

Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?+

There's no arbitrary file-count limit, but merging happens in your browser's memory, so a very large number of files or very large files may be limited by your device rather than by this tool. You'll see a note if your selection adds up to a lot of data.

Is this tool free?+

Yes, completely free with no sign-up.
